Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship worldwide from our warehouses in Asia. Orders over $500 qualify for free international shipping.
Is shipping really free over $500?
Yes. If your order subtotal is $500 USD or more, standard international shipping is included at no extra cost.
Where are your warehouses located?
We maintain fulfillment warehouses in Asia to serve customers worldwide quickly and cost-effectively.
Are there customs or brokerage fees?
Customs and brokerage fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are not included in our prices. However, our product pricing is kept very low to offset these potential fees.
How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery time is 10–20 business days worldwide. Express shipping options are available upon request.
Are inflatables covered by warranty?
Yes. All commercial inflatables come with a manufacturer warranty on seams and craftsmanship. Warranty length varies by product.
Do prices include blowers and accessories?
Unless specified, prices are for the inflatable unit only. Blowers and accessories are available separately.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers. Business financing may also be available for qualified buyers.
Do you offer wholesale discounts?
Yes. Wholesale pricing is available for bulk orders. Contact our sales team with your requirements.
What comes included with each inflatable?
Each unit includes the inflatable, repair kit, storage bag, and anchors (where applicable). Blowers and optional add-ons are sold separately.
