Processing & Lead Times

  • In-Stock (North America): Processing 1–3 business days; typical transit 3–7 business days (parcel) or 5–10 (LTL freight).
  • Made-to-Order / Custom Branding: Production 7–20 business days, then transit per method selected.
  • Split Shipments: Accessories may ship separately from inflatables to speed things up No extra cost.
  • Pre-Orders: ETAs are best estimates; vessel schedules and customs can impact dates.

Shipping Methods

Parcel (Accessories & Small Items)

  • Ships via major carriers; tracking provided via email.
  • Signature may be required on orders over a set value.
  • PO Boxes not supported for bulky/oversized items.

LTL Freight (Large Inflatables)

  • Palletized curbside delivery with appointment scheduling.
  • Commercial address with dock/forklift recommended for fastest service.
  • Residential deliveries: Liftgate & appointment services available (carrier surcharges may apply).
  • Driver will not move items beyond curb/threshold.

Re-delivery, storage, limited access, ferry/islands, and remote-area surcharges are carrier-assessed and billable.

Freight Receiving Checklist

  1. Inspect before signing: Check pallet, boxes, and straps. If any damage is visible, note specifics on the BOL (e.g., “box crushed, tear on corner”).
  2. Take photos/videos of any damage or irregularities at delivery.
  3. Severe damage? You may refuse the shipment and notify us immediately.
  4. Keep all packaging until you test the product.
  5. Report issues within 48 hours with photos + your signed notes; this is required for carrier claims.

Carrier claims require written notations at delivery. Signing “received in good condition” limits our ability to assist with damage claims.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Many inflatables ship directly from our overseas partner factories. Depending on your location, additional customs and brokerage fees may apply unless otherwise stated at checkout.
  • For Canada & USA, we can assist with customs paperwork. Need DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)? Contact us for a quote prior to ordering.
  • Sales taxes (GST/HST/PST/State tax) are charged where applicable by law.

If you need a tax-exempt purchase (e.g., reseller), provide your certificate before completing payment.

Tracking, Appointments & Updates

  • Tracking/PRO number emailed as soon as your order ships.
  • Freight appointments are scheduled by the carrier; ensure your phone/email are accurate at checkout.
  • Address changes after dispatch, re-delivery, storage, and limited-access fees are carrier-assessed and billable.
  • Transit visibility: Status updates appear in your carrier tracking page; our team can assist if anything looks off.

Address & Site Readiness

  • Ensure a clear path for pallet jack/liftgate at delivery window.
  • Confirm truck access (road width/height restrictions, gate codes, security).
  • Have help on site to move cartons from curb/threshold into storage.

Changes, Cancellations & Refusals

Orders cancelled after dispatch, address changes in transit, missed appointments, storage, and refusals without prior authorization may incur carrier and restocking fees. We’ll always advise the lowest-cost path forward.

Can you deliver to a residential address?

Yes. Liftgate + appointment services are available for LTL freight. Carrier surcharges may apply.

Do I pay customs/brokerage?

For shipments from our overseas partner factories, customs and brokerage may apply unless we’ve quoted DDP. Ask us if you need duties included.

How do I get a shipping quote before ordering?

Add items to cart and enter your address to see live rates, or contact us for a firm freight quote on large orders.

What if I see damage at delivery?

Note specifics on the BOL, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours. Severe damage can be refused—call us from site if unsure.
