Returns & Warranty
We stand behind our commercial-grade inflatables. Below you’ll find our return windows, warranty coverage, and step-by-step claim process.
Returns
- Accessories: 30-day return, new/unused in original packaging.
- Inflatables: Final sale unless defective on arrival or covered by warranty.
- Restocking: 15–25% may apply on non-defective returns.
Return freight, customs & brokerage are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
Warranty
- Inflatables (seams & stitching): 12 months.
- Blowers: 12 months (manufacturer warranty).
- Accessories & Electricals: 6–12 months depending on product.
Coverage applies to manufacturing defects under normal commercial use.
Return Eligibility
- All returns require an RMA before shipping back.
- Items must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all parts and manuals.
- Inflatables that have been inflated, used outdoors, or show wear are not eligible unless verified defective.
- For hygiene reasons, water inflatables that are wet or stained cannot be returned unless defective.
Unauthorized or incomplete returns may be refused and shipped back at the customer’s expense.
Dead on Arrival & Freight Damage
- Inspect at delivery and note any damage on the delivery receipt/BOL.
- Photos and videos of damage are required.
- Report within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
- Severe damage may be refused at delivery—contact us immediately.
Carrier claims require written notations at the time of delivery.
How to Start a Return (RMA)
- Request RMA: email support@inflatazone.com with order #, item, reason, and photos.
- Approval: we confirm eligibility, restocking (if any), and provide return instructions.
- Pack Securely: use original packaging; include all parts and manuals.
- Ship Back: follow instructions; keep your tracking/PRO number.
- Inspection & Refund: processed 3–7 business days after receipt.
Non-refundable: outbound freight, return shipping, special delivery services, and customs/brokerage fees.
Warranty Exclusions
- Normal wear and tear (abrasion, fading, UV discoloration).
- Improper setup, anchoring, overloading, or use on sharp/unsuitable surfaces.
- Weather damage (high winds, storms, freezing).
- Neglect, poor maintenance, mold, or damp storage.
- Unauthorized modifications or third-party repairs.
- Electrical damage from improper power supply or no GFCI protection.
Warranty Process
- Diagnostics: photos, videos, serial #, usage details.
- Quick solutions: repair kits, replacement parts, or workshop repair.
- Replacement: at our discretion if item is irreparable (same or equivalent model).
- Cross-ship available in some cases with refundable deposit.
Warranty covers repair or replacement of the defective item only. Consequential damages or lost revenue are not covered.
Restocking & Fees
- Buyer’s remorse returns may incur 15–25% restocking.
- Cleaning/repackaging fees may apply if item is not returned as shipped.
- Return labels can be issued by us and deducted from refund.
Cross-Border Returns
- Cross-border returns may involve customs and brokerage fees that are non-refundable.
- Follow RMA instructions carefully to avoid delays (HS codes, declared value).
- Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) return service available upon request (quote required).

Can I return an inflatable after using it once?
No, used or wet inflatables are not eligible unless defective under warranty.
How long do refunds take?
3–7 business days after inspection, depending on your bank.
Who pays return shipping?
The customer, unless we shipped the wrong item or verified defect DOA.
Is blower warranty handled by you or the manufacturer?
Through us first; then with the manufacturer if needed. Keep proof of purchase and serial.
